Welcome to Wtflo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our WhatsApp-based appointment booking and marketing automation platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have legal authority to bind the entity you represent
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Service Description

Wtflo provides a WhatsApp-based platform for:

• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Automated customer conversations
• Marketing campaigns and broadcasts
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Payment collection
• Analytics and reporting

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp policies
• Impersonate any person or business
• Violate any applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any purpose that competes with Wtflo

5. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

• Subscription fees are listed on our pricing page
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service belong to Wtflo
• You retain ownership of your business data and customer information
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service

8. Data Processing

As a data processor, we handle your business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You remain the data controller for your customers' information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Wtflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services (WhatsApp, Razorpay, etc.)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wtflo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
